Home Staging Services:

Are you planning to sell your home?  We can meet with you to do a walk-through to answer questions and offer advice about what you can do to increase your potential profit.  Properties that are professionally staged sell approximately 80% faster and for a 10% higher profit than un-staged properties.

 

​There will be absolutely no pressure to hire us beyond that walk-through.  If you do decide that you'd like some help with staging or minor improvements to increase the potential profit from your sale, we are happy to help with that too.  We would then meet with you again, for a more in-depth consultation and provide you with several options to choose from that suit your needs and budget.  This can look very different depending on what you want to spend, and how involved you want to be in the process.

 

 

Renovation Services and Project Management:

 

With this option we will meet for a consultation so you can tell us all about your home renovation dreams.  We will then have an experienced designer prepare a plan based on your budget and preferences before we sit down again to discuss the plan and cost.  We will always do our best to fit your budget while walking you through all of the choices that have to be made.  The price of finishing materials can vary substantially depending on the style, quality, and function of the materials that you choose.  When it comes to structural changes such as removing walls we may need to have an engineer come in.  Permits are also required for structural changes so these are all things that need to be considered when planning your project.  We can handle all of those details for you, or we can give you the tools and knowledge that you need to move forward managing your own project.

 

 

Design Services:

 

If you feel like you just need a little help choosing wall colours and flooring options, arranging furniture, and accessorizing your home, our design services are a great option for you.  We can help you create a plan that will make your home everything that you've ever wanted it to be.  Top to bottom, ceilings to floors, we can help you create a comprehensive design plan to suit your own unique style.  We also design and create custom furnishings if we can’t find the perfect pieces to compliment your space and design style!
